Summer is an almost 3 year old cat who was picked up off the side of the road as a kitten after being hit by a car. She is declawed and spayed. Her downfall is that she no longer uses the litter box. It started out gradually with accidents here or there but now completely refuses to use a litter box. This is my last attempt to rehome her before she is euthanized.
