She has been at the shelter since 10-14-21 and is Red-Listed which means she can be killed any time for space. Per the shelter, 'Sarah needs the help of a trained professional. She acts like she is fine while you are petting her, then all of a sudden, she starts lifting her lip and tries to bite. She is also NOT dog friendly.
