About S'mores

(DOB 08/05/2021) Due to S'mores' young age, she has not yet been spayed. For this reason, we are only considering local placement (within 1 hour drive time of Wake Forest NC). S'mores is a unique and beautiful young girl with one blue eye and one brown eye. Her momma is a white shepherd mix, but we think there is husky somewhere in the family line. She loves being with people and getting loads of attention and being held and getting belly rubs and playing with toys. She is the biggest wiggle butt and gives kisses freely. She loves everyone she meets, and she likes to talk often and talk loudly. It's the cutest thing now but won't make her the best apartment dog as a big girl. Of her litter, she is the most confident personality and, dare I say, she's usually at the front and center of any mischief. The proverbial party girl looking to have fun, she loves to run and play with her sisters. A securely fenced yard for her is a BIG plus. If there is no fence, she will need an active family committed to taking her for multiple walks a day to get her energy out. Additionally, she really loves playing with other dogs and will need to be adopted to a family with at least one other PLAYFUL dog to help get her energy out and show her how to 'dog.' In her puppy excitement, she is very mouthy/nippy. Due to this, she is looking for a home with kids 10 and older. In a nutshell, she is a typical puppy in that she loves to play, play, play with toys, people and other pups. She will need a family ready to take on the puppy stages and keep her both entertained and using positive reinforcement training to build her social skills and boundaries. She is just now starting her house training and leash skills. As part of S'mores' $275 adoption fee, she will be spayed, microchipped, up to date on age-appropriate vaccines, and current on her monthly flea/tick and heartworm preventatives. In addition to the adoption fee, a $100 spay/neuter deposit is due at the time of adoption. The deposit will be refunded once the puppy has been altered.
