Hello! Jango Fett is a 2 y/o Staffy mix who's very sweet, energetic, and playful. There's not much info on his previous life, only that he was locked up in a garage for a big chunk of time from the previous owner. He absolutely loves humans, so his jumpy excitement can make it hard for him to settle down/focus. Since he doesn't understand his size, Jango would do better in a home with older kids and up. He also does well with cats. The main thing Jango would be stubborn with is moving aside because he'd want to snuggle right on top of you. He may have some separation anxiety, especially from the lack of love he grew up with. He's honestly just a big 60-pound baby himself. Regardless, he responds well to training, positive reinforcement (lots of treats), and isn't territorial with food, toys, etc. This cuddle-bug could really use a loving home, preferably being the only dog. Although he gets along with my little Yorkie, it differs between different dogs' temperaments and mannerisms. He got bullied a bit, and gets too nervous for dog socials. Since dog parks aren't safe spaces for him, a home with a yard would be lovely. Jango is young with LOTS of energy to burn off. He must be kept active whether it's mile walks, hiking, or running after balls in a yard. If you want a companion that will light up your world and keep you going, Jango Fett is for you. If anyone is interested, I'd be more than happy to answer any questions and/or concerns. I'm here to be transparent and helpful, especially for a really good dog. He's neutered, up to date on shots/vaccines, and is on heart-worm prevenatives (also tested negative). Jango is also potty and crate trained. We're currently located in Plano, Texas, and can privately discuss means of transportation.
