About Meet Beau -URGENT!!!

Meet Beau -URGENT!!! NEEDS YOUR HELP - ADOPTER OR FOSTER URGENTLY NEEDED. Beau is a playful, friendly, smart, energetic, affectionate and really fun 14 month old, 45 pound, lab mix (hound?) pup He was adopted as a young puppy and has sadly suffered some abuse while 'being loved' by his family. They tried to force the puppy out of him at an early age instead of seeking the advice of a trainer. This constant abuse nearly destroyed Beau...sadly his humans failed him when all he wanted was a home and a family to call his own and of course to be loved. He does not understand what he did wrong or why they treated him this way. Beau was finally rescued from this abusive household, but he is not fully safe or settled yet....although the rescue was able to take him away from them and out of that house he now lingers day and night in boarding while waiting for an adopter or foster to help him..... he is sad, depressed. lonely and very confused in this environment and is starting to ' fail' while lingering there. It is heartbreaking. Beau loves human attention, and is so very grateful for it. He is an ACTIVE boy that needs going for walks, playing fetch or running in the yard.... afterwards he loves laying in the sun, having his belly rubbed and giving sweet kisses. Laying in your lap or at your feet. Beau will happily accompany you in any activity.. he would also make a great running partner or walking partner. Beau is a terrific companion, he is so very eager to please his people, and bonds very quickly....he just wants to be loved and wanted....isn't that what we all want in our lives?? Although Beau is dog friendly he does need to learn with proper instruction to share his toys. He would love to be in a low-key home with a patient adopter or foster that will show him that there are still kind and loving people in the world. Due to his energy level no children please! He is such a wonderful and loving boy... won't you please help him? Beau is neutered, microchipped, and vaccinated. He knows some basic commands and is house trained.
