About Athena 7 Month Old Pup

Courtesy Listing: Athena was adopted about a month ago but her adopters are now looking to rehome her. Athena is an approximately 7 month old German Shepherd mix. She was adopted from LBACS. Athena is healthy, up to date on shots, microchipped, and spayed (on 10/7/21). She has a ton of energy (she's still a puppy). Her current owners think she would really thrive in a home with a yard where she can run around and play and get her energy out. Her owners had this to say, 'She is very responsive to training, she's already learned quite a few commands. She has not been socialized her with other dogs or cats since adoption, but she hasn't shown any reactivity while out on leash. She does gets very excitable and wants to greet and play with every new dog she sees. She is not fully potty trained yet, but she pees/poops on a pad when she goes inside. With more practice and consistency, she'll very quickly be potty trained. Overall, she's a ball of energy, and when she gets tired she's a great cuddler'. We think Athena sounds like a typical Shepherd pup and could really benefit from an owner who understands puppies and Shepherds because she sounds like she's exactly both ���� Puppies are hard enough, but big dog puppies can be harder.
