PLEASE READ ALL OF THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION BEFORE YOU RESPOND. PETER MORRIS and his adopted sisters (LISA STILLMANN & MALLORY WELLS) were turned into the shelter. They were all malnourished and sick. They were living off a dangerous street where people were actually poisoning and hurting the cats. That was what the shelter was told. So PETER MORRIS has only known street life for a very small amount of his tiny life. He has been living a nice pampered life now. PETER MORRIS is a sweet boy. He likes to cuddle with his adopted siblings and kitten friends. When he sees people, he will come running and sit there and wait patiently to be petted. He will stare and lick his lips waiting for his can food. He is totally crazy for his can food. He is a very sweet, loving little male. He has been with MALLOY WELLS most of his little life. He really enjoys her company. He has the cutest little black sock paws. *** We will be giving preference to anyone wanting to adopt both kittens. *** PETER MORRIS is DOMESTIC SHORT HAIR / EGYPTIAN MAU - TABBY MIX. He is about 5 months old and is good with cats. He has never been around young children or dogs. PETER MORRIS is currently at PETSMART in Murrieta, CA off Madison Avenue. FEBRUARY 2022: With all the needed social distancing...we are still doing adoptions. We can do meet and greets BY APPOINTMENT ONLY at any of the PETSMARTS listed below. But steps 1. thru 4. of the ADOPTION PROCESS must be done first. VOLUNTEERS are the only ones allowed to do meet and greets...not PETSMART employees. Gas donations always appreciated! ADOPTION PROCESS: 1. Request Application: By Email / In Person / Fill Out Online Form 2. Submit Application 3. Someone Will Call / Text to Do Phone Interview 4. Will be notified of Approved Application 5. Meet and Greet with Kitty 6. Sign Adoption Contract 7. Pay Adoption Fee 8. Home Visit (WILL BE SCHEDULED) 9. Take the Kitty Home ************************ NO OUT OF STATE ADOPTIONS *********************** You can obtain an application one of 3 ways. The 1st is to physically go to the PETSMART where the pet is located (or the others listed below) and request one from our volunteers. VOLUNTEERS are only there 9 am to 12 pm (Monday thru Saturday) and 10 am to 1 pm on Sunday. Once filled out please return to the VOLUNTEER. You may ask the volunteer if you can briefly meet the cat / kitten. But please be aware some of them might not be comfortable to let you meet the pet due to COVID. The information you fill out on THIS website is NOT the application. An actual application CAN be requested and sent by email . It does not mean they don't have other pending applications or meet and greets. Please note: Just because you fill out an application and are approved does not obligate you to adopt the cat/kitten. If he or she is not a fit...we have plenty of other cats / kittens available for adoption. We are a SMALL rescue based out of Hemet, California. We are all volunteers that run the rescue. If we haven't reached out be patient. We are NOT a government FUNDED shelter and all our donations and adoption fees are for our rescued cats/kittens. So, we do not do DISCOUNTS.
