About Parker

This handsome fella is Parker, an 8 year old lab mix originally from the streets of Texas and found himself in a shelter. He was rescued by a Texas rescue and transferred to Knoxville TN where his rescue returned him back to his original TX rescue who transferred him to our rescue. Parker has been through a lot of changes and he just wants a home of his own. He is extremely people friendly and will give you lots of kisses and be your best friend. He just wants to be with loving people who won't abandon him again. Parker does get along with some other dogs but would rather be the only one who gets attention. He is adjusting to trusting again so it's hard on him to see other dogs get attention when he is eager to be loved and understood. Parker just needs a chance to be a dog and part of something that he can shine, thrive and be a great companion. He will of course love you forever!!
