About Peggy

Meet Peggy! Peggy is a super scared girl that needs an adopter or temporary foster that will be patient and work with her. Her foster/adopter will need to work on socialization and just showing her what it's like to be a normal dog. Peggy only has 3 legs, but it does not slow her down. She does go outside to potty on her own but she is very fearful of people so she is a flight risk. Peggy will need a secure fenced in yard and/or to be kept on leash when going outside (we recomment something she cannot slip out of such as a slip lead or martingale collar) just in case she gets startled. We believe Peggy will get along fine with other dogs. If you have enough love, patience, and room in your heart and home for a scared rescue dog apply to adopt or foster and come by to see her on Friday or Saturday from 10am to 3pm.
