About Benny

Benny is a neighborhood stray that just showed up one day from parts unknown. A gentleman fed and cared for Benny for several days, but no one came forward to claim him. Benny is a male Beagle/Jack Russell Terrier mix estimated to be less than two years old. Outgoing and friendly, this cute boy is the perfect family pet and a great companion. He's about the size of a beagle and weighs thirty pounds. All the neighborhood children loved Benny and enjoyed playing games with him. He's already making friends with the dogs at the shelter. This clever pup is very bright and eager to learn. Benny should be very easy to train and will adapt quickly to his new home. He may need some additional housetraining but does seem to prefer going on grass. A fenced in yard will be needed to keep him safe when outside. Benny is looking for a fun loving family that has time to spend with him. He spent too many days on the road being lonely and thrives on attention and love. Going on walks or just snoozing on the couch all sound great to him. Benny is a great companion and wonderful friend. Why don't you come meet him?
