About Alice

Alice has Cerebellar Hypoplasia. Not an extreme case, but she does walk with a very wide legged stance and stumbles a little sometimes. The only real issue it causes is her inability to use a litter box. Unfortunately I am not currently in a place where I can provide proper care for Alice anymore. It kills me to let her go but I need to do what's best for her. She's estimated to be around 5, though before coming to me a few months ago she had no medical history. I've gotten her up to date on her vaccines, as well as taken care of some dental issues (she had a few teeth pulled), cleared up a UTI and an ear infection. She's currently in good health. She's currently wearing diapers but as she has sensitive skin thats already getting irritated that's not a good long term plan. Her CH doesn't interfere with her ability to climb into a box but since she practically lays down to poop and squats extremely low to pee she seems to have an aversion to litter. I've tried various litters and various boxes with no success. She's particularly fond of the carpet. I'm not trying to discourage a potential adopter but I want to be absolutely up front so no one feels lied to and so she goes to someone who can actually handle her needs.
