About Franklin

Hey everyone, I'm Franklin! I arrived here in PA 2 weeks ago with my brothers and I've been hoping to meet my forever family, but nobody has asked to meet me yet. I'm surprised because my foster parents tell me that I'm such a loving boy, not to mention SUPER cute! Don't you agree? I'm a 4 1/2 month old, 23 lb. male lab mix with a fun and gentle personality. I get along great with all my foster dog siblings, do excellent with people (including kids), and love cuddling up for a good nap throughout the day. I make a great coworker for anyone who works from home as I am quiet and very low key. All I ask is that you give me a little belly rub from time to time and I'm happy!! I am crate trained and doing great with my potty training too. I'm up to date on age-appropriate vaccines and preventives. I cannot wait to meet my forever family! Until then, I'll be hanging out here in Wellsville, PA. We are PA Caring for K-9's, an all breed dog rescue that is solely run by volunteers. Most of our dogs are rescued from high kill shelters in the South. If the dog is posted, they are still available! Once arriving, these dogs enter foster homes, as we do not have a shelter. We cannot adopt our dogs to a home with dogs that are not fixed or up to date on shots. If interested in adopting please submit an application online at www.pack9rescue.org. Our adoption fee for altered dogs is $300 and goes directly to saving the lives of more dogs. Our adoption fee for unaltered puppies will be $350 which includes a refundable $50 deposit upon receipt of spay/neuter certificate.
