About Blu

Blu is a 1 year old (and 100lb) rescue from ACC in New York City that needs a loving home that has space, a yard, and owners who are patient and experienced. The best guess about Blu's breed is that he is a mix, but has quite a bit of Anatolian Shepherd in him. Blu is loving, enjoys giving kisses and being cuddled after safety is established. However, Blu requires support and patience, as he needs extensive behavioral training to overcome his fear aggression and anxiety- this has been difficult to overcome in a busy city where it's never quiet and he's never alone. Blu enjoys peanut butter and benebones. He is up to date on vaccines. It is unknown how he gets along with children and other pets as current foster parent does not have either. Blu deserves a wonderful, spacious, and exciting place to flourish.
