About Dove

We have one puppy left from Demi's litter of 8! Pretty little Dove is wondering why no one picked her yet. Dove is a love bug! She was born on August 10th and is 14 weeks old. She weighs 15.8 pounds. Based on Mom's weight of 30 pounds and her current weight, we estimate that she's going to be about 30-40 pounds fully grown. Dove loves to snuggle on the couch and watch TV with her person and she sleeps with her favorite chew toy at night. She gets along with all of the dogs in her foster home, both big and small. Dove has been working on her potty training since she is now able to go outside and she is doing a great job! She is such a good girl! Dove is the only puppy in her foster home right now and, for a puppy, she is pretty calm. Her days are spent playing with the other dogs in her home and her furmom, and following her foster mom around the house to see what she's up to. Dove is a puppy and loves chew toys (kong, nylabone, squeaky toys). One of her favorite things to chew on is a carrot! When she cannot be watched, she has a tall playpen to keep her safe from her own puppy curiosity, and at night she sleeps with her mom Demi (also looking for a home). She would love to have another dog in the home to snuggle and play with oh, and would be good with kids. Dove has been to the vet for a wellness check, has had all three sets of her puppy shots, has been fecal tested and wormed, and is microchipped with a lifetime registration. Her spay, rabies vaccine, and any residual baby teeth that need to be removed will be done when she is six months old at one of our vets. These procedures are covered by the rescue. Because she still has pending vet appointments she is local adoption only, which is within a 1 hour drive to Pensacola.
