About Ryder

SHHHH! Ryder is hiding in an apartment where dogs are not allowed. He needs a home asap or else it's the shelter for this golden-ager. Ryder is a 10 years young male pit bull who weighs 75 pounds. Located in Gardner, MA, he's a handsome gentleman with a tan and white coat. Ryder is a low maintenance dog as you can see in his couch potato pose. He loves snuggling and getting attention. He is in good physical shape and enjoys short daily walks. His mom recently lost her own mom who happened to be Ryder's primary companion. Ryder stayed with his 'grandma' because his human sibling grew into a very active toddler. Ryder has always been very sensitive to having his paws touched, so when the youngster playfully ran a toy truck over his paw, Ryder nipped the toddler's ear and caused a small wound. We'd all love the owner to find her dog of 10 years a loving home for the rest of his golden years. Ryder does well with other dogs, but one with a compatible energy level is best. He's not experienced with cats, so his new home should be cat free. Because he is skittish, Ryder needs a home without children.He is not destructive and can be left to roam free while left at home alone. He'll catch some zzz's while waiting for your return.
