About Arya

Arya was rescued 3.5 years ago in Riyadh, she was around 6 months old when she was rescued. She didn't have a good early start which has made her anxious when she first meets people. Her tail was docked before she was rescued. Once she trusts you she is a loving dog. She walks really nicely on a lead, never pulls. She is very sensitive to noises and tends to bark in response to them. She is a big dog and needs someone to be firm yet loving towards her. She would not fair well in an apartment, she will bark when she hears noises. She has never lived with children, but if a child shows no fear towards her she is fine with them. However I have not written that she is good with children as I don't actually know what she would be like if she lived with them. She walks nicely on a beach and will happily go into the sea. Her re-call off a lead isn't great, however she will race after you if she loses sight of you. She is fully vaccinated, microchipped, spayed and wormed.
