It appears his elbow is out of socket on the right front leg. X rays show complete luxation of right elbw with medial displacement of distal humerus.' Note: Full medical notes available upon request. The shelter reports he is very friendly and walking on three limbs with difficulty He is on antibiotics and anti inflammatory meds + a metaspoon splint was applied on 10/3/21.
