About KJ

KJ is a geriatric docile old man who needs to get out of his current environment as soon as possible. His owner is physically handicapped and unable to provide KJ outside time or walks. He is 14 years old and is a 28 pound chow mix. A real sweetheart, he loves being scratched on his neck and doesn't like to be alone. His vision and hearing are not 100 percent. KJ is a bit arthritic but he loves wandering around and sniffing outside. He is up to date on all his shots as of 10/5, 2021 and overall has a healthy heart and lungs. He has the normal issues that come with being a geriatric dog and could probably have several more years left to his life if provided attention, medication and exercise. He has lived with cats most his life so is accustomed to them, but doesn't care for over enthusiastic rambunctious cats or dogs. He would be best with an older adult or someone who has experience with seniors.
