I rescued Skye from an abusive situation in February 2019 and am completely heartbroken that I must now find a new home for her. Her ideal home would be with someone who will take her on fun adventures and give her lots of exercise,be patient and understanding with her and who has a schedule where she can be with you a lot. She is cute, cuddly and affectionate with humans, loves everyone she meets, but has attacked our other dog out of jealousy and needs to be the only pet in the house. She can successfully have play dates with other dogs outside of her home under the careful supervision of someone who is experienced with dogs and knows when her body language is saying she's not comfortable and playtime needs to end. She has allergies, but they are very easily managed with proper diet and supplements. Skye is good with our cats the majority of the time, but she has shown signs of jealousy and minor food aggression towards them, so being an only pet would be the best situation for her.
