About Clooney

Clooney is a sweet and gentle soul. He spends part of his day distributing soft toys around the house. That is his job, placing them ever so gently as when they squeak he cries. Cooney gets along with other dog in foster's home and two cats as well. He plays with the dog and just ignores the cats. Clooney is blind but that doesn't stop him from finding his way around the house with ease. He takes correction quickly... and when in yard he listens very well when his foster tells him to stop so he doesn't run into something. This senior can be left in house when his foster is away and never bothers a thing. He sleeps in dog bed next to the bed and in middle of the night when he has to take a poo... he will wonder over to his puppy pad and carefully place his neat little package where it goes as to not wake his foster. Unfortunately, he is not crazy about the crate so crate training has not gone well. Clooney is a bit of a marker in the house as he thinks his man scent belongs on all things... but a belly band dog diaper does wonders and he doesn't seem to mind wearing one. He has recently been neutered, so we hope his drive to do this will lessen with a little retraining. Clooney would do well in a ranch style house with very little steps and a fenced in yard. This 13 pound, 12 year old Poodle/Bichon mix is sure to bring you joy when he air prances when he is excited! He is hoping to find a retirement home that is just right for him.
