About Raja & Vasu

Adoption Fee: $200
Bengal
Age: Senior
Sex: Male

Raja and Vasu are 10 year old bonded brother bengals from the same litter. They are the loves of our lives. Our family recently went through major changes with the unexpected addition of baby twin girls, and a significant downsize in space after having to sell our home. Our boys are loving, quirky, playful, and talkative. They love laying in the sun, chasing each other throughout the house, and grooming each other. They are bonded for life. Raja is the bigger boy on the right. He has a traditional bengal coat. He is social and alluring. His walk is more of a prowl/strut. He is very affectionate with those he is comfortable around. And always loves pets from anyone who comes to visit. Vasu is the smaller boy on the left. He is quirky for sure. He loves to chase his tail and play with toys all day long. He is a lap cat with those he is bonded to. He is shy and timid around new people but warms up with continued exposure. He loves to show his belly and get lots of pets. Our boys are bigger cats. They need space to run and play. They are technically senior cats, but they are very energetic and love to play. They have been indoor cats since they were born and will need to stay indoors. Raja has some litter box anxiety and needs some special attention. Ideally their new home would have space for three litter boxes. The cleanliness of the litter boxes is really important to him. If he sees the litter box as too dirty, he tends to urinate directly outside of the litter box. Because of this, the litter should be changed at least once and ideally twice per day. Since our kids came home from the hospital the boys have been loving and kind to them. Raja in particular has a special bond with them which is heart warming to see. He will approach them and rub his head on them to show affection. He lets them pet him (with caution). Vasu doesn't stick around long enough to let them try, but he does come close to them when they are behind the baby gate. These boys have never once scratched or even batted at the children or ourselves. They are so sweet. They would be best suited in a quiet home with no other animals. With owners who will give them the attention and loving that they deserve. We would love them to go to a home with experienced cat owners, and if possible, experienced bengal owners. People who are patient and willing. We would love to meet you in person and have you meet them as well. Please be in touch.
