About Penny

Ready to find your lucky PENNY?! Meet our gorgeous Penny! Penny is a 3 yr old, 65 lb Lab/Pittie mix. This low key girl is a great walker, loves kids, good in the car, and builds her confidence with K9 friends. Penny loves treats and is interested in toys. Outside she enjoys a good romp and chase session with her K-9 friends. She has not been cat tested to our knowledge. Penny is house and crate trained. She is spayed, current with vaccines, and fostered in Harrisburg, Pa We are PA Caring for K-9's, an all breed dog rescue that is solely run by volunteers. Most of our dogs are rescued from high kill shelters in the South. If the dog is posted, they are still available! Once arriving, these dogs enter foster homes, as we do not have a shelter. We cannot adopt our dogs to a home with dogs that are not fixed or up to date on shots. If interested in adopting please submit an application online at www.pack9rescue.org. Our adoption fee for altered dogs is $300 and goes directly to saving the lives of more dogs. Our adoption fee for unaltered puppies will be $350 which includes a refundable $50 deposit upon receipt of spay/neuter certificate.
