She is so sweet, loves attention but very shy. Noda is in Need of Rescue due to being scared in the shelter environment she is hiding, seems depressed, but she is a social eater. Noda is at Palm Beach Animal Care & Control - this is an open admission shelter and all animals are at risk of euthanasia until adopted.
