About Steve and Sybil

Steve and his mom, Sybil, share a special bond. Even though he is bigger than her, she continues to groom and care for him. The two are in a room full of other cats but primarily only snuggle and play with one another. After Steve's siblings all passed away as tiny kittens, Steve fought to stay alive. Sybil has a special bond with her son, Steve. One by one her litter of kittens passed away, all except Steve. Steve was a fighter and the two have thrived together. She is generally a laid back sweet girl. She is in a room full of other young cats but only plays with her son Steve and continues to clean and care for him. If possible we would love for them to be adopted together. Both are altered, current on all vaccinations, are FIV/FeLV negative and have been microchipped. We are a rescue in Mississippi and we travel to CT and NY once a month with our pre-adopted cats and meet with the adopters at a predetermined time and location.
