About Grizzly

Located just outside Whitney 3 year old male Located just outside Whitney I'm trying to help a neighbor lady out. She's a single mom who works alot to support her daughter and herself. With the costs of everything going up, she's not able to properly care for her dog. She's looking to re-home Grizzly. I think he's a border collie mix. I've been feeding him every night when he comes to visit, but I'm not able to afford feeding the strays that get dumped or all the neighborhood dogs, as I've got my own to feed and I'm on a VERY tight budget. Grizzly is shy until he gets to know you. He'll draw close, but then dances away when you try to pet him. After seeing you for a little while, he warms up really well. I think if someone were to spend time with him, he'd come out of his shell splendidly. He gets along well with other dogs, cats, children, women and just a bit more hesitant with men (takes 2x as long to warm up but he does). He LOVES to be brushed. He does well with a bath. He is not neutered, not up to date on shots. Grizzly is definitely a working dog! He tries to herd us, esp the children and other animals. I believe he'd be a great farm dog with a little training! Are there no farmers, even hobby farmers, who can give this boy a job? Lol ���� I really need him a home ASAP �%9D���%8F I've got my own hands-full of critters and my life is beyond stressful, and I'm disabled. Dr says I MUST cut down on my stress. If you have the heart that loves to witness the transformation of the caterpillar turning into the butterfly, this pup will melt your heart.
