About Denver

Meet Denver! Denver was originally pulled out of the shelter with multiple fractures on his pelvis due to getting hit by a car and, after seeing a vet, was brought to AGWC Rockin' Rescue to rest and recover. The vet indicated that although his body is currently still healing, he should be able to make a full recovery. Denver has shown positive interest in other dogs, both large and small, and is sweet when meeting people as well. He loves playing with toys and cuddling. He is very food motivated and is also people-oriented, so we suspect training him will be fairly easy. Since he is not fully recovered, we do not know his energy level and we also suspect he may be younger than what he was listed as at the shelter (they listed him as 6 years old) so he could potentially be a high energy dog once he is fully healed.
