About True

Please read all the way to the end!!!!! True is about 7 years old & weighs about 60 lbs (yes we know she is a chunky monkey & is already on a diet). As far as her breed goes, Heinz 57 but our best guess is she has some Labrador, Bulldog, maybe some Hound but who know. What we do know is that she is absolutely wonderful, she is the happiest dog you'll EVER meet. True smiles ALL the time and she has a serious case of happy tail... She LOVES everyone she meets... Even though life has not been kind to her lately because her elderly owner had to go to live in a nursing home due his personal health and True found herself homeless, then she found out she was heartworm positive had had to go through treatment, which she mastered with a smile, a tail-wag & lots of kisses for the staff at the vet's. Now she wants to claim new home and a new family. True is good with people of all ages, although due to her size & stormy greetings she should be around humans who a steady on their feet. She is god with dogs of all sizes, cats & has been around livestock with no problem, True is housebroke, doggie-door & pee-pad trained, she is good in the house but loves her backyard which need a good, sturdy fence. She is ok on the leash & tolerates car-rides but could use some improvement on both. Overall she is a super cool dog who a a lot of life & love to give, True is spayed and microchipped, current on shots and heartworm and flea prevention. She is also parasite free.
