According to Bella's owner 'She got An infection in her eyes from something in the dirt and both of her eyes had to be removed.' Bella is described as an outdoor dog with a tie out or chain. She is said to be house broken and leash trained. Bella is described as outgoing, good with adults and children of all ages, dogs and cats. Bella currently lives with 2 other dogs and 2 cats.
