About JADE (Bonded Pair)

They are litter mates (3/02/18) and have never been separated, so we will not adopt them out separately. We recently discovered 'Cat Daddy' is highly alergic to felines. We have done all their grooming so far at home but our busy schedules are now not allowing us to care for thier hair needs properly. 3 years old. Both are fairly shy and anxious. They hide when guest come over, but know who their family is and pine for attention from them. They refuse to eat human food of any kind (chicken/tuna/steak) and only consume the food in their bowl. It's odd, but also nice knowing we can leave food out to prep/cook and it will be untouched if we walk away. Neither do to well with other pets, loud environments, or young children. Jade - Once she is comfortable with her environment she will sit on her cat tower to 'people watch' our guest and out the window. She runs to the front door to greet my fiance when he gets home from work and at night sleeps cuddled up at my ribcage. She is tolerate of gentle kids and loves to sit outside on the enclosed porch to watch the outside critters! She will NOT willingly leave the safety of the enclosed patio though. Violet - My favorite part of Violet is her prissy personality. She will learn your 'getting home routine' and find the best place to sit to ensure she gets a hello petting. Very much a princess and will not look at you if you forget to say hello after getting home from running errands. Does not do well with children or strangers and will stay hidden until they are gone. Unfortunately she will scratch if she is hunted down while hiding from guest, but will quickly forgive you if you brush her with your hairbrush, which is her favorite thing to do. Included with adoption: collars, litter boxes, cat tower, food & water bowls, their toys. You must bring you're own crate for travel. They are up-to-date on shots. Re-homing fee is non-negotiable. They need routine seasonal grooming sessions and we want to ensure they go to a home that will not only love them but care for Jade and Violets hair needs.
