Otis Smackdown thrives when he is loved and he loves people! He is a 3-year-old male chiweenie. He did fine in a home with dogs and cats (best in a home with older children). A family who is familiar with dogs is best. He had vestibular syndrome with a head tilt so was relinquished by his family but made a 100% recovery! He will bark from behind a fence as most dogs do.
