About Lily

Hi y'all. It's me Lily here to remind you that I am still looking for a home of my own. Kind of feel like no one knows about me and some of the gentleman here at the Santa Barbara shelter have been hogging the limelight with their terrible ball-catching skills. Those boys�'�| Anyway, I moved here from Texas back in March, remember that big transport? Since arriving in Cali I have been just hanging around. One of my favorite things to do is to eat. Food is my passion and will do a little dance to show you how much I love it. I'm also really smart, if I do say so myself. Puzzles with food in them are so much fun, plus those wobbly things that dispense kibble in my kennel are the highlight of my day. Some of the other things I enjoy are trying to find gophers in the yard. Some say it is a good and bad thing but that is how we do it down in the south y'all. I'm ok with other dogs but I like to herd them, so I probably shouldn't co-habitat with them. As you can imagine, I would most likely chase a cat since I am gold star carrying rodent control officer. Small kids are a bit too much for me, and again, I would most likely try and herd them. Herding is fun in my book if you couldn't tell. ���S As far as my energy level goes, it is on the medium side- you know a nice walk, a puzzle, and then off to the couch to watch some Animal Planet.
