About Marvin

I recently rescued Marvin from someone who was not taking very good care of him. He is a purebred Silver Lab approximately 5 years old. I have taken him to the vet and have had him treated for hookworms and the beginning stages of heart worms. My vet said he will fully recover from both conditions with medicine and proper care. He is a beautiful dog and is good with children and cats. My problem is I cannot keep him as I have other pets in my house. Anyone adopting this dog will have a lifelong friend. He is gentle with young children(my 2 year old great grandson plays with him) and he is good around cats as I have 2 of them in the house as well. He is currently underweight but is gaining pounds daily. In the three weeks since we rescued him, he has done very well. He is easily trained and once his health returns will be beautiful.
