Meet Cooper! He's being fostered in Bellingham along with a few other dogs. Cooper is around a year and a half old and weighs about ten pounds. Cooper can be a shy boy and takes a bit to warm up to humans but he absolutely loves other dogs. Once you earn his trust he's super loving and full of kisses! Cooper enjoys tasty treats & snuggles with his humans. A quiet adult only home with another dog friend to play with is going to be the best fit for him. We're accepting applications from families interested in adopting this little guy. Applications approved for adoption will then be given the opportunity to meet Cooper.
