About Jake

Meet sweet Jake! He's a 6 year old Bordie Collie and weighs about 55 lbs. He LOVES attention and is pretty much a happy dog all around! We rescued him when he was a puppy and he's updated on his vaccines.He has no health problem we know of. He could be indoor or outdoor with a fence. He responded great with an invisible fence when we lived in the country. Our job situations are changing and we won't be able to keep him anymore and give him the attention he deserves. He is loyal to a fault! He is available by himself or with our other dog, Myna (8 year old Australian shepherd). He grew up with our daughter and was great with her and has never met a person he didn't like. We gave him a summer haircut (we're obviously not professional groomers). We usually let it grow out for the winter. When we go out of town, the kennel he stays at has lots of other dogs in a large fenced field. He has never had a problem there or with other dogs. We would be happy to provide food for the first 6 months. Thanks!
