About Rhino

We need your help, we are urgently looking for a loving foster or better yet an adopter for our sweet senior, Rhino. Poor guy has gone through so much. First, he lost his family because of COVID. His family of 10 years, the only people he knew, loved and trusted! They could not afford high rent and had to move in with their in-laws. Sadly, the in-laws did not want Rhino there. They had no other choice, but to surrender him to us! Rhino's clearly confused and heartbroken. He does not deserve any of this. Not during his golden years. He is not doing so well at a boarding facility, what he really needs is a soft dog bed at a loving home. Rhino is 10 years old. Current on vaccines and not yet neutered (We will take care of that soon). He would like to go to a (calm) home. Older kids preferably (12 years old and up). He would love to be as an only pet although he has never shown aggressiveness towards other dogs. He just wants to soak up all of your attention & love at home. No cats, please. Rhino's age does not define his physical health- he enjoys running around in his backyard, so a home with a secured backyard is recommended. He is a good and low maintenance dog. He loves ice water! Just the simplest thing in the world. He does not have to be walked often, but when he is, he loves it! He is strong when on leash, so he needs someone strong, too. He knows a couple of commands- sit, shake and down. In overall, he is just amazing. Would you be interested in opening your home and your heart to Rhino?
