About Cocoa

This is Cocoa a little over a year ago. My mom, who lives in Lancaster, has Parkinson's Disease and is unable to care for her 3 dogs so I'm trying to rehome them. Cocoa however, does not look like her picture because she has lost so much weight. My mom switched from kibble to wet food and she has started eating a little more but continues to lose weight. We are afraid she might be dying. I would take her but I have 2 dogs which is the limit for my apartment in Bakersfield. I'm so desperate to help Cocoa that my mother has now agreed to part with her if it means saving her life. I don't know if your rescue has the ability to take her but I'm begging for some help with little Cocoa. I think she is suffering and it breaks my heart.
