About Tilly

Tilly is a 5 month old floppy eared German Shepherd in need of a forever home. Her ears may or may not stand up, that is still work in progress and depends on how windy is it that day :-) Tilly was sent to our foster in NJ to work on socialization and to build confidence. She can still be shy and unsure of new situations and we are guessing she did not have much socialization with the world prior to coming to our rescue. The good news is that she is very treat motivated so will be super easy to train. She already knows how to sit, come and is mastering her 'down' command. And will play fetch for hours outside. She has already had her 2 nd puppy shots and has pending vetting for he spay surgery the last week of September. We are looking for a very specific home for this sweet girl, someone who has owned German Shepherds before and can give her the structure; routine and training a German Shepherd needs. Tilly would do best as a one home dog, so she can be the focus of training and socialization. If you have another dog it will need to be a very balanced dog who can handle a high energy puppy. A fenced in yard with 6 ft fence is a requirement of adoption. A home with kids older than 10 as she is a very large puppy and we don't want your little ones hurt should she jump or run into them. Her adoption fee for NJ is $375.00 due to higher vetting costs. She will have received all puppy vaccines and spay prior to adoption.
