About George

**ADOPTERS WILL BE REQUIRED TO DRIVE TO CHICAGO, POSSIBLY MORE THAN ONCE-- if you live too far, please do not inquire as animals will not be shipped** PLEASE READ descriptions in FULL before inquiring** George joined our pack this week when his guardian surrendered him claiming they no longer could work through his behavioral quirks. They had said if we were unable to take him in, they were going to take him to be euthanized. George does get separation anxiety, and does play rough with other dogs. His former person had sent George to a boot camp, and put him on medication hoping it would remedy these issues. These are two options we would NOT recommend for George's future family. He needs quality time, a calm environment, and a guardian who is willing to do whatever it takes to keep George on the right track. George is only 4-years-old, is neutered, microchipped, and up to date with all his shots. This gorgeous Cocker Spaniel x Poodle is highly intelligent, is a good listener, and loves to play and chase after balls. He would be the most loving and fun companion for the right person.
