Looking to rehome my sweet purebred Yorkie, Cami who is 12 years young! She looks very puppyish and can be a little playful, but really enjoys to sleep by your side! VERY IMPORTANT TO KNOW: SHE IS A PUPPY MILL SURVIVER! She needs/deserves patience, love and especially security! I will only release her to someone who has experienced an abused dog as they tend to have abnormal anxiety. While she gets along with other dogs, she should not be with ALPHA dogs which we have two! They have started ganging up and attacking her due to her submissiveness and her age/size, she can't fend them off. I never leave her alone with the other two dogs. She would do fine with another dog if it were very aloof and/or older. She is very sweet and loving and enjoys always being around you and sitting near you, but isn't a lap dog. She enjoys a lot of naps and seems to enjoy a quiet home. She's not good with chaos... it causes her a lot of anxiety! Such as new people in the house, until she gets to know them and feels SAFE! Kind of like a cat! She doesn't like to be held while your standing because she doesn't feel save, however, she LOVES to be carried in one of those doggie backpacks with her feet hanging out! I do that a lot and she almost falls asleep! She has NO aggression issues with humans, however she can be protective of her food around another dog. We separate our dogs during feeding.
