This puppy is in Tennessee. Adoption Donation $250 if picked up in TN, $300 plus transport fee for out of state adoptions. Are you a family with plenty of hustle and bustle? Scout would be the perfect addition for you! Scout is a 10-month-old, 68 lb German Shepherd boy who's ready to go! Scout is a joyful and lively boy who likes being around other playful dogs. He is always on the go looking for new adventures and to him, everyone is a playmate. Scout is house and crate trained and has learned how to use the doggie door in his foster home to go in and out to the fenced yard. He would like to request a securely fenced yard to frolic and romp in with a canine sibling of similar temperament. Scout is too interested in cats so a home with no felines is what he needs. Scout is learning basic commands and will do them if offered a treat. We believe he will succeed in a home that appreciates the GSD temperament and will take him to obedience classes. He is very good at taking treats and food very gently from your hand. Scout has done well around kids, however, he is still a puppy and can be a little mouthy like a typical shepherd so we believe older, sturdier kids would do best. Scout is a friendly and cheerful guy with an abundance of energy who would adore an active home that enjoys walking, hiking, and including him in all the fun!
