About Goose

Goose is our sons dog and he hasn't been able to care for him due to rehab needs. As a result, we have been caring for Goose for over a year. Goose is a passive dog who is good around people/kids/other pets and shows signs of past abuse. He is afraid of everything (mostly strangers, the wind and lightning, thunder,firecrackers) and takes a bit to get comfortable with others (until he is, he will shake and hide - he loves closets and pillows). He was originally a rescue and over time he has become a passive and shy lover who also has anxiety. Unfortunately our other dog who is a 2 year pit bull has recently started bullying/attacking Goose and we're afraid he's going to get seriously hurt staying here. Goose needs a calm atmosphere and someone who will simply love on him. He loves walks, fetch, dry dog food and people food as a treat. He's a good dog - this breaks our heart so don't inquire if you're not kind, patient, and someone who has a heart to love on him with no return until he knows you're trustworthy of his love.
