About Baxter

Baxter is a 3 year old mix, the shelter said Shepherd, but our best guess is Great Pyrenees with Malamute a well due to his markings. No matter what breeds are in him he was a shelter favorite and is a favorite no matter where he goes for his cute smile, adorable underbite, and overall want to just be loved. Baxter gets along with every animal he has met as long as he is fed meals and treats separately. Due to his sensitivity with food it is recommended that he goes to a home with adults only or older children if any are in the home. Baxter was dangerously underweight when he was dropped off at the shelter and we are happy to say he is gaining weight at a healthy rate here with us. Our vet is a few months out so he will come with a neuter contract and a portion of his adoption fee will be refunded!
