Scream is a 7 month old shepherd mix. He was found dumped in Texas on a rural road with his sibling Houdini. Scream is good with all humans alike. He loves to play and be a puppy. He is currently located in Texas awaiting his transport and is looking for a forever home of his own. His finder can not keep him as they try to help as many dumped dogs as they could and they are just overwhelmed with the amount that are dumped daily.
