EXTREMELY URGENT! Meet Happy. She is a cream Dachshund mix. The shelter thinks she is about 1 year old. She is in grave danger of euthanasia. The rescue coordinator tells me she is very urgent and needs to be rescued ASAP. I truly want to come save Happy's life, so I am looking for a committed foster or better yet an adopter for this girl.
