About Lucy

Hello my name is Lucy. I am a an 8 month old lab hound mix and a very sweet girl. I was at a high kill shelter that was full and at risk of euthanasia when my rescue came and got me. I am now in a foster home and doing well. I love being outside and but it takes a few attempts to get me back inside since I am afraid of the door for some reason. My foster mom thinks maybe I was punished at some point for coming into a house even though I have never had any potty accidents in my foster home. I am very playful and would benefit from having another dog to play with. I love to play chase with my dog friends in my foster home and can play for hours. I do well with children also but it takes me a little bit to warm up to new adult people. I do not have any kind of behavioral issues and very thankful to be out of the shelter and into a home.
