About Jackie

PENDING ADOPTION. Jackie is a B-E-A-U-T-F-U-L 7 year old / 17 lb cockapoo ( cocker/poodle) girl looking for a loving and forever home. She came to us from previous owners who could no longer care for her but wanted to ensure she go to someone that would truly love and cherish Jackie and that is exactly who we are looking for. Jackie is very skittish and nervous at first but within a day or 2 when she settles in and realizes she is in a safe place she opens her heart to you and trusts you immediately thereafter. Jackie has had a history of having 1 to 2 seizures yearly since the age of 2 - she is NOT on seizure medication nor does she need to be. Jackie does get along with other dogs but prefers to be the only dog so she does not have to share in the attention. Jackie is very loving and really just wants to be your faithful companion and be by your side ---this angel is housetrained and enjoys car rides too. Preference will be given to homes with a yard since that is what Jackie is accustomed to but she loves to go for long walks too.
