About Bode

Meet Bode, a 7-month-old Australian Shepherd mix, who is partially blind and deaf, but never lets that get in his way of having fun. He's very social, and a huge fan of people, pets and kids! He was posted on here a few months ago as Seth and adopted by a family with two other dogs. He loved his new home and his two new doggy friends, and spent lots of time playing with them, but after a couple of months he started having issues with the male dog, so they returned him to his foster home in Amherst Mass. The foster also has two dogs, an unneutered male and a female, and he loves playing with both dogs, but every once in a while will have a spat with the male dog. Bode may need to be in a home where he is the only dog, or with a dominant female. Bode is UTD on shots, but still not neutered, which could be the cause of some of his issues towards male dogs. But he loves people and children, and gets along well with dogs he meets while on walks. The foster does have a cat, and he is sweet and gentle, but if the cat runs he will chase her. He is a huge fan of water, and loves to swim, but also enjoys his daily walks and hikes. Bode loves everyone he meets, and he's just the sweetest and most loving pup!
