About Djambi

Adoption Fee: $350
Rhodesian Ridgeback mix
Age: Puppy
Sex: Male

***Please read below for information about sweet Djambi. For additional information and to complete an application to adopt, please see his webpage at: https://ophrescue.org/dogs/11096 *** My name is Djambi and I'm part of the Board Games theme that arrived to OPH on 9/10! I'm guessed to be a 8 months old, a Rhodesian Ridgeback Mix, and I weigh about 36lbs. I love to run around and play with my other doggo friends, and I do a great job at reading dog signals of knowing who wants to play with me and who doesn't! I also love being around people, especially if they are giving me belly rubs or butt scratches! Overall, I'm both dog- and people-friendly. Since I'm a puppy, I'm pretty energetic. I LOVE treats and know how to 'sit' for one. I'm working on 'down' and would be happy to continue learning with you. I also love toys! I'm not a huge fan of the crate, but I will eventually settle down and sleep in it. I'm not great on the leash, but, then again, who is at 8 months old?! I like to pull a bit and do some zig-zagging, but I'm sure we can work on this together! I really am the sweetest boy. Are you ready to add me to your family? Apply today! (Djambi is up-to-date on his vaccinations and has been neutered. Djambi is currently being fostered in Chantilly, VA. All adult dogs, cats, and kittens are altered prior to adoption. Puppies too young to be altered at the time of adoption must be brought to our partner vet in Davidsonville, MD for spay or neuter paid for by Operation Paws for Homes by 6 months of age. Adopters may choose to have the procedure done at their own vet before 6 months of age and be reimbursed the amount that the rescue would pay our partner vet in Davidsonville. This dog's bio is based off the experiences of the foster and/or volunteers of OPH as well as any information that we received from the shelter or previous owner. This is very important because it means that while they may act one way in the foster's home, you may experience something different in your home.) ***For additional information and to complete an application to adopt, please see Djambi's webpage at: https://ophrescue.org/dogs/11096 ***
