Hi, it's me, Timmy! I don't know why, but I was abandoned at a park. The person that found me was able to leash me and bring me here. When I first came into the shelter, I would hide under my bed when someone approached. But with patience and reassurance, I have gained confidence and have been wiggly and friendly with potential adopters and even sat at their feet. Volunteers say that I love attention and being petted, and that I will 'sit' for treats and take them gently. The shelter said I would benefit from some basic training and an outlet where I can relax and decompress. I am hoping that someone will give me a chance. I was adopted once a few weeks ago, unfortunately I went to a home with too many animals. I really liked my new owner; and when a dog in the home approached him, I became protective and got into a fight. Sadly, my owner got bitten, and I was returned. I am hoping that a rescue and foster will step up to save my life. Love, Timmy
