About Basil

Meet Basil. This little guy is the quieter, Meet Basil. This little guy is the quieter, shyer one of the litter, but he does like to eat. He is super sweet and cuddly. Basil has greenish blue eyes and white fur. His mom was a chihuahua and his dad was a small, but chunky terrier. He loves to play with his brothers and to be in your lap. Basil will probably be under/about 25 pounds when all grown up. He is a little scared of bigger dogs, but just needs a home to show him love and help him feel safe. We do not know what he thinks of cats. Basil is about 3 months old and 7 pounds. Please help Basil find his forever home. ***You must provide a vet reference for a current or past pet you have/had.*** We do NOT ship our animals. All adoptive families must travel to us to meet their adoptive dog/cat. Applicants must live within a 2 hour radius from Sparta/Andover (07871/07821). Please understand that we are an animal shelter and thus unable to say whether the dogs are housebroken as they are not in homes.
